Still kickin' it.

I needed to come on here and post quickly, to say I am still here and have every intention of continuing to write on this blog. I am just figuring things out, trying to figure out myself right now, and what this space is to me. I do want to continue on here, but I am just questioning my direction and topics. I will still post about my lovely boys and life, but I am also wanting to start posting about things I am passionate about. We shall see, and if you are reading this, thanks for following along :)

these days.

There are days like these.
Fleeting moments of beauty.
They make my heart feel like it will implode with the amount of love I feel.
It is a moment of many through out the day.
These boys are my heart.
There are days so hard, I question my abilities as a parent. There are days so amazing, I would have a home full of children. But, no matter what day we are chasing, there are always these beautiful moments of real life, real love.

I love me some good news.

I realize I have been non-existent from this blog, not really intentional, just very busy raising three boys!
Speaking of my boys, Hector had a lovely check up with his cardiac team and has eight months before he has to return. Next time he sees them he will be over a year old!! Makes me so very happy to know he is doing so well. :D

back to my musical roots- singing sundays

It can be so satisfying to just sit and actually listen to the music that made you fall in love with music. Anyone who knows me well knows that my favourite music has and always will be Neil Young.
So this week I get back to those songs that inspired my life long love for music and acoustic guitar.

waiting for spring- singing sundays

I am getting so sick of winter. Sad, because I usually like the cool weather and snow, but with three young children (and Hector being so young still) it is much harder to get outside when the wind chill is just too cold.
This week is songs to inspire warmth and soon to be spring with winter songs.
